(1) Personal information provided on this form will be used for administering the Course and may be included in materials distributed by the Chartered Institute and Columbia Law School to faculty and other Course attendees for educational, networking and marketing purposes.
(2) The Course will be recorded and such recording may include my image and voice. The recording may be used by the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and/or Columbia Law School for educational, networking and marketing purposes.
(3) I will comply with any health and safety measures that may be implemented to comply with the rules and policies of the host venue, and/or as the organizers may deem appropriate in their discretion for the safety and wellbeing of faculty and participants. I acknowledge that applicable health and safety measures may change following registration.
(4) I am responsible for my own equipment and internet connectivity. I acknowledge and assume the risk that technical difficulties may interfere with participation from time to time.
(5) This registration is subject to the terms and conditions concerning cancellation by registrants, changes in or cancellation of the Course, discounts, privacy matters, technical issues, and other matters set out in the Course brochure to which this registration form is linked.
